The boring stuff…

  • As in line with Consumer Rights, all products adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act. All products and repairs come with a standard 1-year manufacturing warranty. If something malfunctions or breaks due to a manufacturing or material error, I will happily repair or replace the item. Shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

    If it breaks due to misuse, there may be an additional cost to repair or replace.

  • The main shipping company I use is Aramex. All shipping rates are calculated at the checkout when purchasing goods online.

    Shipping for repair items is covered by the customer and priced on sight of the item. Please ensure your repair items are clean and empty.

    If you are sending a backpack, I would recommend removing the frame, if possible, to reduce shipping costs.

Just curious…

  • I make sure to use old materials that still have plenty of life left but have served their purpose for the original use. Sometimes I’ll add a new zip or cord where I think it’s necessary. All products come with a warranty/guarantee as well.

  • The price of products is largely based of labour cost and one-off nature of the item. If you’re interested in reading more about pricing and the true cost of manufacturing, click the link here.
